We stayed on a boat.
During the day we went on a small boat and we also caught some fish in nets but we let them go again. The weather was windy and hot. For dinner we ate subway sandwiches and for snacks we ate chips and cup cakes.
At night we watched the fireworks for 4th of July I also caught a frog.

Oh Lulu, it sounds like you're having an amazing time - I bet it's nice to see your cousins again, and Aunt Candy and Uncle Shawn! Please say hi to them for me. And the boat and the fishing sounds so cool - did you cook and eat that fish that you caught in that picture?

Wasn't it good that you were there for July 4th. That is a very special day in America. I hope you will tell us more about it when you get home to Sydney.
Now that school is on holiday here, does that make it feel better, not so good - or have you forgotten all about school anyway!
